Once again a beautiful video. I would like to share my experience; back in the seventies when I was young, I was hating all sweetmeats, candies and chocolates. I never liked them. But, I was experiencing indigestion, heart burns and bloating all the time even when I used to play and excercise regularly. In those times only soda tablets and drinks were only the remedies. I couldn't even eat one samosa or a masala dosa whithout having problems. This continued until I was 45. Then suddenly one day I was very hungry and whatever I ate went down well and there was more demand from my stomach. I was happy and ate anything (not sugary items like gulab jamuns) spicy and tangy. Soon, despite my eating, I began to lose weight. It turned out to be diabetes but I was happy that I was able to eat my favourite dishes in moderation of course and with medication to control diabetes. What I intend to convey is not eating sugar at all in young age may have lessened insulin production leading to all that stomach problems.

But as a general rule of life,even if you totally avoid sugar but lead a stressful lifestyle,it will still lead to hyperglycemia. If one continues to consume more food than needed, lives a sedentary life theneven though it is a sugar free diet will eventually lead to obesity, insulin resistance and increased blood sugar.. most jaggery are adulterated. Original ones are soft, darker and melt in summer. They can also be found by name desi gud. Atleast with minimum adulteration. adulteration is done to make gud light in color and harder. because people don't buy soft gud which melts.

The carbs we eat also turns into sugar in our body thus we should eat less carbs and more fats as our body got energy from fats also this is a good substitute of carbs and it has been proven that fats are very nice for our metabolic health.
Now i am 73 years old and I never tasted sugar at all. And i am healthy. No sugar,no blood pressure and no heart disease. Thanks God.

Stevia or monk fruit.
Because stevia has bitterness aftertaste, which I don,t like.
